Come along for a mid-summer paddle and explore practices in mindfulness with your sketchbook, pens and colors! We will use the time together to pause, bring awareness to the beauty of the waterways, and learn some techniques that can lower stress and enhance our lives. Our guide Colleen, who is a former National Park Ranger and Art Educator, will demonstrate how to use simple sketching skill sand paint with river water.
